Roxi has lived in the Bedford area her whole life and worked in the printing, restaurant and hotel industries.  She is the cornerstone to the B&B and is studying to become certified in Personal Fitness and Nutrition.  She is an excellent cook and prepares all of the meals at The Gardens Inn.  Her hobbies include personal fitness and motorcycle riding.  She and Mike designed and built The Gardens Inn starting with the purchase of bare land in the winter of 2001.
