Policies at The Gardens Inn B&B

· Due to State Regulations, The Gardens Inn does not allow smoking in guest rooms.

· No pets allowed due to dog in residence.

· All reservations must be guaranteed by a Credit Card, Cash or Check Deposit.

· To cancel room reservations, please contact us prior to 48 hours before check-in or full room cost will be charged.

· Due to arrangements made with other service providers, all packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

· To request changes to your reservation or package, please contact us 4 weeks prior to check-in.  Inside of 4 weeks we will work with you to:

              1.  Modify your reservation

                                   (subject to availability, additional fees apply)

              2.  Pay the balance and receive a gift certificate

                           (Additional fees apply)

              3.  Cancel the reservation and forfeit your deposit

· We accept Major Credit Cards, Cash and Checks (one week prior to arrival).
