How It Works ...
Text Box: The question we’re asked most often - “What if it rains?”  We recommend that you bring rain gear because we’ve been there too (See picture at right).  The most amazing thing is that in 9 years of hosting motorcyclists, we’ve only had two times where folks were completely rained out.  Most people end up riding some or all of their routes.   Please keep in mind that we are a small property, can’t readily re-rent your room on short notice and we already have a significant expense dedicated to preparing for your arrival.  Last minute cancellations also prevent your fellow riders from reserving those dates to enjoy a vacation.   All Rider’s Dream Packages require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.  Contact us 4 weeks prior to your arrival in the event that you need to make changes.  For times shorter than 4 weeks you will be offered the choice of:   1. Paying the balance of the cost and rescheduling for a date later in the riding season (subject to availability and Change Fee of $75 per day)   2. Cancelling your reservation and forfeiting your deposit.    All No-shows will be charged in full.
