Cancellation for room nights requires 24 hours notice prior to check-in.  Failure to allow 24 hours will result in payment for the full cost of the stay.

 

All packages require a 50% non-refundable down payment.  Cancellation must be made 3 weeks in advance of check-in.  At cancellation you will be offered the choice of paying the balance of the cost and rescheduling for a date later in the season, receiving a gift certificate for the cost of the package or simply forfeiting your deposit.
